BIBLIOTECA HUMANA
La metodología de ‘Biblioteca Humana’ se realizó por primera vez en Ecuador mediante una adaptación metodológica de la Guía Cómo Hacer una Biblioteca Humana de Lourdes Epstein. Es un espacio diseñado para la experimentación y la inclusión desde el diálogo, el intercambio, la eliminación de estereotipos y la empatía. Cada “libro” es una persona que, desde su vivencia, permite acercar a los “lectores” a su realidad, derribando prejuicios y conectando con lo vital.
En el marco del lanzamiento del Laboratorio de Aceleración del PNUD-Ecuador, queríamos involucrar a los invitados en una experiencia vivencial que pudiera aproximarles a las metodologías y enfoques de la Red de Laboratorios, como la participación, la creación de alianzas y la inteligencia colectiva para la búsqueda de soluciones. La ‘Biblioteca Humana’, en sí fue un laboratorio de experimentación de estos procesos.
Esta metodología tiene su valor en el intercambio presencial, no obstante, no queríamos dejar de compartir los relatos de vida, los cuales hemos registrado en video y agrupado en las colecciones por 3 ODS: Acción por el Clima, Reducción de las Desigualdades y Ciudades y Comunidades Sostenibles.
